CompuTable: Multi-Touch Computer Table is an interactive touch screen display surface that is programmed to display information, pictures, video, and games. The entire 40” display surface was made from scratch using infrared LEDs, acrylic, and a video projector. This technology allows for new innovative applications that I have designed for Pittsburgh and other metropolitan areas or businesses which include:
· Information Display Kiosks- essential business or city information at your fingertips
· Public Transportation Application- Can display PAT bus schedules and routes
· Attractions Information Center- Display information about city attractions with directions
· Interactive Photo Gallery- Use pinch zoom gestures to interact with photos in a new way
· Themed Puzzle Games – Display a puzzle of any city and move pieces around
· Themed CompuTable User Interface- User interfaces customizable to any organization
· CompuTable can be built to suit any industry or style including: kiosks, drafting table, rear projection, coffee table, bar, and more.
